Apologies for the radio silence recently- a lot has happened in the past 4 weeks.

If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you may have noticed the recent edit to my bio [nothing gets past you all] or perhaps, more blatant, the recent change in scenery. Yes. It is officially official. I am a West Coaster- a California girl to be exact. I know- how could I leave New York? Trust me, I had my fair share of qualms too. But truthfully, I was excited for a new adventure.

Since we’ve last spoken, I’ve moved across the country into a brand new [and my first ever] apartment in San Francisco- in the bustling downtown of SoMa to be exact, and I’ve started a brand spanking new job [aka my first full-time position]- as an associate product marketing manager at YouTube [#blessed].

The transition from college to a 9-to-5 as well as from the East Coast to the West Coast was enough to get me thinking a lot about this corner of the Internet that I’ve carved out, and what I want it to look like moving forward, in this new chapter. I’m still working out the exact nuts and bolts, but I will be bringing you guys with me!

And so, it only felt fitting to have my inaugural post from SF at the Golden Gate bridge. After all, the bridge was central to what I imagined of SF before I got here [well, that and Full House].

I’m excited to see where this new path leads me, and, of course, the places I will go.
